Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material of the DMCA notice
- Provide the user with information about how to file a counter-notice if they believe the material was removed in error
5. Counter-Notice
If you believe your material was removed in error, you may file a counter-notice. The counter-notice must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error
- Your contact information
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district
