Pretty Evil: Ice Nine Kills’ Spencer Charnas Launches Horror-Inspired Makeup Line
Spencer Charnas, the theatrical frontman of horrorcore band Ice Nine Kills, has officially entered the beauty industry with a drop-dead gorgeous new cosmetics brand: Pretty Evil. The line is designed for those who embrace the macabre and the glam—whether you’re stalking the stage or lounging in velvet at home.
To launch the brand, Charnas stars in a surreal, Twin Peaks–inspired short film, complete with murder mystery aesthetics and dripping drama. You can watch it here: Pretty Evil Launch Video
The Debut Collection
Pretty Evil’s first drop features four spooky-beautiful essentials:
A high-pigment black eyeliner that’s smudge-resistant and terrifyingly precise.
• WELCOME TO HORRORWOOD Eyeshadow Palette
15 matte and shimmer shades, from eerie neutrals to show-stopping reds and purples. Named after the band’s concept album, it’s a perfect companion to your horror movie marathons and concerts.
Matte, bold, and long-lasting—ideal for vampires on the go.
• DEVIL’S ’DO – GRIM GRIP Pomade
A high-hold pomade with a scent profile that conjures windswept forests and sea salt. Yes, it smells like gothic poetry.
Made for Monsters (and Mortals)
Charnas collaborated with expert formulators to make sure Pretty Evil delivers quality and edge. “Would I be caught dead in Pretty Evil? Absolutely,” he says. “And so should you.”
From its packaging to its promotional film, Pretty Evil is a love letter to horror fans who know that eyeliner can be just as lethal as a final girl’s axe.
